How Dangerous is Red Light Running?

We are all probably run a red light in our lives knowing that it is against the law and very dangerous thing to do. We've probably heard that thousands of tragedies can be prevented stopping at a red light. However, we see that others do it every day as running a red light and not getting caught in some kind of challenge. In fact, by running a brick light you're getting a chance with someone else's life. It's not only cars coming the other way, which is in danger and pedestrians crossing the street on their green light.

One of the major companies selling auto insurance in our nation conducted a random review written by some 1,000 people driving habits. The results were frightening in that: 1) in the 18-34 years age group 46% admitted to driving through brick light in the past year the number of people were also admitted to have passed at least 20 red lights during that time frame, 2) men override a woman driving through a red light, and 3) 36% of all respondents stated that they are run through a red light during the past year

.

Another great auto insurance company representative said that they always make their insured drivers heed the law stating running a red light is illegal, but many of them were admitted in this way, although they realized how dangerous it is for themselves and others and how high the fines would be if they are caught.

The list is published by the State Department stating that the state has the highest death rate due to drivers running the light brick, Arizona State is almost twice as many deaths than any other country. At the bottom of the list of nine state of Delaware. The same government bureau has also issued a list of cities that have had the highest number of deaths of drivers running bricklights. Since the first three cities and two of them are in Arizona, Phoenix and Mesa. the second city of Memphis Tennessee. At the bottom of the list was the city of Detroit Michigan.

Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) says that the problem of drivers running lights brick was "furious" in this country. It is a growing problem, not a punishment or a story about death and destruction, seems able to stop offenders who feel they can get away with running a red light now and then. For some people it just looks like a game trying to beat the signal. But this is not a game for the families of those killed by red light runners.
